Terms of service
The agreement between LoopLab and its customers.

Template — not legal advice. This text is a starting point written for LoopLab’s actual data flows. It must be reviewed and completed by counsel (company name, address, governing law, liability caps) before it is relied on.
1. The service
LoopLab provides campaign tracking, behaviour analytics, hosted landing pages, AI-assisted page building and A/B testing (“the Service”) to businesses. You must be acting for a business to use it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your workspace, the people you invite and the roles you give them, and for keeping credentials secure.
3. Your content and your visitors
You own your pages, data and leads. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect visitor data, for the claims on your pages, and for complying with advertising platform policies. AI-generated content is a suggestion: review it before publishing. LoopLab is instructed never to invent testimonials, statistics or claims, but you are responsible for what goes live.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; no malware; no attempts to break or overload the Service; no tracking of sensitive categories of data without a proper legal basis.
5. Plans, trials and payment
Plans and limits are described on the pricing page. Trials end automatically; paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees exclude VAT. [Refund policy.]
6. Availability
We aim for high availability and publish status at /status. [Service level and credits, if any.]
7. Liability
[Limitation of liability, exclusions, cap.]
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can export leads and data before closing a workspace.
9. Governing law
[Jurisdiction and governing law.]
